Experience

• 0-2 years in IT Support, Linux Administration, System Administration, or Cloud Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for Linux servers and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor server health, disk space, memory, and system performance.
• Troubleshoot SSH, connectivity, and service-related issues.
• Assist with cloud VM provisioning and management.
• Review system logs and monitoring alerts.
• Support backups, file transfers, and configuration checks.
• Assist with cloud networking and security configurations.
• Maintain technical documentation and support tickets.
