How we verify every walk-in drive and job
Going to a walk-in costs you a day and the fare to get there. So nothing reaches TodayWalkin until our team has checked it, and nothing stays up once it is over. Here is exactly what that means.
What we check before a listing goes live
- 1
Only our team can publish
Employers, recruiters and agencies cannot post on TodayWalkin. Every listing is entered by our team, so nothing goes live without one of us reading it first.
- 2
Checked against the employer's own source
Before a drive is published we check it against an official source from the employer, and confirm the venue address and the date.
- 3
Taken down once it is over
A walk-in leaves the site the day after its last interview date, and a job the day after its closing date. Nothing that has already happened stays up for you to travel to.
- 4
Complete, or not published
A walk-in cannot be published without its date, venue and full address. A job cannot be published without a closing date and the link where you apply.
- 5
Tied to a company we keep on file
Every listing sits under a company profile our team maintains. When a company is deactivated, all of its listings come down with it.
- 6
Every report is reviewed
Anyone can report a listing that looks wrong. Each report reaches our team, who look into it and take down anything that is not genuine.
How to spot a fake walk-in interview
Fake drives copy real company names. These are the signs to watch for, on TodayWalkin or anywhere else.
Warning signs
They ask you to pay
A registration, training, security deposit, uniform or "processing" fee. Genuine employers never charge you to attend an interview, and neither do we.
You are selected before you are interviewed
An offer letter or a "confirmed selection" before anyone has met you is a script, not a job.
No company email, website or landline
Contact only by WhatsApp, a personal mobile or a Gmail address, with nothing you can trace back to the company.
The venue is vague or keeps moving
A hotel room, a flat, or a last-minute message asking you to come to a different address instead.
They want originals, bank details or an OTP
Carry photocopies of your documents. No interview needs your bank login, card details or a one-time password.
Report a suspicious drive
Use Report this listing on the listing's page, or write to us. Tell us who asked for what, and we will look into it and take the listing down if it is not genuine.

Every walk-in shows its date and venue, and every job links to the employer's own application page.
