About this role
Keywords Studios is hiring an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer for its internal IT team in Pune. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates passionate about technology who want to start their careers in IT operations and technical support. The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact for employees facing technical issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows and macOS systems, resolving IT support tickets, managing user accounts, configuring laptops and providing technical assistance to employees across India, the US and other remote locations. Key Responsibilities 1. L1 User Support - Provide first-level technical support to employees. - Troubleshoot laptop, operating system and software issues. - Resolve basic hardware and internet connectivity problems. - Assist employees with everyday IT-related queries. 2. Ticket Management - Log, track and resolve IT support tickets. - Handle technical requests within expected timelines. - Provide support to local and remote employees. 3. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding - Configure laptops for new employees. - Create and manage user accounts. - Provide necessary system access to new joiners. - Revoke access and recover company laptops during employee exits. 4. Office IT Support - Troubleshoot printers and office equipment. - Assist with meeting room AV displays. - Resolve Wi-Fi and connectivity issues. - Support office technology infrastructure. 5. Documentation - Maintain IT user guides and FAQs. - Update standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Document common technical issues and their solutions.
