About this role

Salesforce is hiring Software Engineering AMTS candidates through its Futureforce University Recruiting programme. Selected candidates will work on real-world software engineering projects, developing scalable products and building innovative solutions for millions of users. You will collaborate with experienced engineers, product managers, UX experts and performance engineers to design, develop, test and deliver high-quality software products. Education & Eligibility - B.E./B.Tech graduating in 2026. - Eligible branches: Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent fields with Computer Science specialization. - Minimum 7 CGPA. - No active backlogs. Skills Required - Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) - Programming & Software Development - Problem-Solving - Analytical Thinking - Software Testing - Unit & Functional Testing - Test Automation - Automation Frameworks - Debugging & Troubleshooting - Telemetry & Metrics - Team Collaboration Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test and deliver scalable software products. - Work with engineering teams to build new product features. - Understand and improve development processes and codebases. - Develop test strategies and automation frameworks. - Write unit and functional tests. - Analyse and develop test cases. - Implement automated test suites. - Maintain platform stability, performance and scalability. Preferred Candidate Profile - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Good teamwork and communication skills. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Interest in software engineering and scalable systems.
