GlobalLogic is hiring fresh graduates for the Associate Analyst role. Candidates will research and analyze data, identify trends and unusual transaction patterns, detect potential fraud and risks, and help maintain data accuracy. This role is suitable for non-technical graduates with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Educational Qualification Any graduate degree. Must have a Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo. Fresh graduates are eligible. Required Skills Analytical and research skills. Risk identification and risk management. Strong communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to analyze data and identify patterns. Teamwork and adaptability. Key Responsibilities Research, analyze, and verify data for accuracy. Identify transaction trends, anomalies, and potential fraud. Assess risks related to financial transactions and customer relationships. Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy targets. Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve issues. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes. Important Requirements Must be willing to work from the office in Hyderabad. Must be comfortable with rotational shifts. Five working days and two weekly offs. Immediate joiners required.
